Sold in 1 Day - New Listing Info - Bargains of the Week

Was busy this week and have not posted, so here's a summary of what's been going on. Sold my new listing in River Place in 1 day. Started showing it on Saturday and had it sold by Sunday at 7:30. I had 22 groups of people through my open house and have had a number of folks call me this week inquiring about the status of this property. I believe we are going to see the market start to pick up. Another agent had a property in the River Road Corridor that was listed for $2,400,000 and that one sold in about 2 or 3 days. I have put my 5419 Cary Street Road listing on the market and will start showing it on Friday, February 5. It is priced at $2,595,000 I already have 3 appointments scheduled. Hope I get lucky on this one and sell quickly. This is a really fabulous house with every amenity imaginable. If you know of someone who is looking for a really special property pass this on to them. I am also putting my River Lake Colony listing back on the market next week and that one is going to be $1,599,000. This is about 9,000 square feet of perfection and beautifully done. This house can also be rented and can be a rent with the option to buy. Pass this on if you know someone who is looking for a great house in the county or needs an executive rental.

I will be putting a house in the Tuckahoe School District on in the next few weeks. This will be around $400,000. Watch for more details on this one.

I did have a couple of minutes on Monday when I was out and about to run in and return some things to Marshalls. This is a really great time to search their clearance racks for some great deals. I bought a long black sweater by Vertigo Paris that had the manufacturer's tag on it for $238 and I paid $29. Picked up a great linen Ralph Lauren Tunic for spring for $20 that retailed for $89 and a pair of black Ralph pants that are really all year fabric for $20.
